The features of this still relatively new element of industrial development for us are the need to build high and spacious one-story buildings that withstand rather large mechanical loads. In addition, such facilities should be convenient for interaction with a network of various communications, and inside them a special microclimate is needed for the safety of goods.
Traditional panel or brick construction for the construction of transport and logistics complexes is of little use. The reasons are the lack of sealing necessary for storing goods, weakness, problems arising with a large number of various communications. Reinforced concrete monoliths are a more effective solution. They are strong, have a low cost, are quickly being built. They lack leaking seams, and the ability to experiment with architectural forms allows you to build buildings that are most suitable for operation in specific conditions. In addition, the cost of monolithic logistics and warehouse complexes is low.
