HOUSING ESTATE
The construction of residential complexes is always based on one or another standard technology. It is she who largely determines the cost of commercial housing.
There are three main types of technologies, one of which is usually included in the construction project: monolithic; panel; brick.
Each of them has its own disadvantages and advantages. Which to choose depends on other design parameters, construction conditions of facilities and financial capabilities of the customer.
Monolithic construction: The basis of this technology is the construction of a frame support from metal reinforcement, where then a concrete monolith is poured. Such reinforced concrete is much stronger than building panels and is cheaper than brick. In addition, the monolith well isolates sound and heat. This is the optimal solution for the construction of low-rise (no more than 5 floors) houses.
Panel construction: The undeniable advantage of multi-storey panel buildings is the cheapness and speed of construction. Significant disadvantages – poor noise and heat insulation due to leaking joints of the panels.
Brick construction: Brick residential buildings belong to the category of elite. Brick walls protect against noise and do not miss the cold. Their main disadvantage is expensive.
