The construction of a medical center is an important aspect for residents of the city.
At least a few rather complex requirements are put forward for such buildings in modern conditions. Health facilities should be: low-rise, in order to make it as difficult as possible to move patients; spacious, so as to easily cover the entire population of the city or district with medical control; have a non-standard layout in order to combine low-rise and large capacity, without creating situations dangerous from the point of view of epidemiology.
It is obvious that buildings made of building panels or bricks rarely satisfy the above requirements. They are difficult to erect according to standards other than typical ones. Much more space for non-trivial architectural solutions opens using monolithic technologies. To build a monolithic building, you need a framework of metal reinforcement, which is poured with concrete. Before the concrete solidifies, the structure is held by the formwork. The rebar “skeleton” can be given any shape appropriate according to design calculations. When building health centers of any profile, diagnostic center, etc., such a technique fully meets the requirements of the functionality of medical institutions.
