CULTURAL CENTER
The construction of cultural centers is a necessary element of urban life.
Recently, such institutions have appeared in rural areas. These buildings have their own features, which significantly distinguish them from residential buildings and shopping pavilions. The buildings in which cultural institutions are located should not only fulfill their functions, but also please the eye, somehow standing out against the background of typical, everyday architecture. Therefore, not all construction technologies are optimal for them.
The construction of an exhibition complex, cultural and leisure center or cultural development center requires non-standard architectural solutions. They are difficult to implement by the methods of traditional panel development in our country. It is also quite difficult to give brick buildings a non-standard appearance, and the cost of such construction projects will be extremely high. Of the widely used methods, the use of monolithic reinforced concrete structures is most suitable for such buildings. The essence of this technology is that a reinforcement frame made of thick steel wire is poured with quickly setting concrete. While the concrete is frozen, it helps hold the formwork. Such a monolithic structure during construction is easy to give various shapes, and it will cost relatively cheap.
